Working with Nina of Nina U photography was without a doubt the most amazing photoshoot experience I have ever had. I reached out to Nina in regards to a brand launch that I needed help executing and she more than delivered. Nina facilitated multiple consultations where she and I spoke about my vision thoroughly. We went as far as creating vision boards and Nina went above and beyond to make my dreams come true. There was no anxiety during this process at all due to Nina’s diligence! She routinely made sure to check in with me regarding the development of my vision and she did not balk at all at the sheer amount of content that I wanted to create. From video to logo to brand rollout, Nina was there for it all and really helped move things along. Nina did her own research for the shoot and would send me references that aligned with my own inspirations. Due to the care taken I felt as if I had a partner in the entire process. Nina Lynch is communicative, dedicated, and a true visionary! I had an individual session booked with her as well as a group session and over the course of this two day shoot Nina stepped up to fill every role. Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings and confirm reservations. The deposit will go toward your total photoshoot payment.
Balances
Remaining balances must be paid immediately after the scheduled session. Failure to make payment by the end of the session day will result in a $50 late payment fee.
Print Ordering
Currently, I do not offer printing services. All galleries are delivered as online photo galleries. Once you choose your photo package you have all rights to print your own images through any printing service.
How many pictures will we receive?
This depends on the type of session and length of session you’ve booked. These will be fully retouched and delivered to you within 4 weeks.
Travel
A travel fee will be applied for all sessions booked outside of Columbus, Ohio.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before our session (48 hours for travel sessions). Last minute cancellations will still be charged for the remainder of the photo session.
Session Extension
On photoshoot days, I typically leave an hour of buffer time just in case a photoshoot goes over. However, it is best to discuss outfits and concepts prior to the date so we can work together to figure out appropriate timing.
I don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
Of course, no need to worry about that! Most people feel a bit anxious around the camera, and that’s completely normal. We’re not used to having a professional camera pointing at us all the time.
I have a couple of tricks up my sleeve that will help you loosen up, feel relaxed and completely forget about the camera. You’ll be you, and I’ll be capturing you.
